Shipping Times and Costs
Shipping is complementary unless otherwise noted at checkout. Buyers will be billed for the import fees of Furniture and Lighting that is being shipped outside the United States.
The delivery window begins when an order is picked up by the carrier. We regret that we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates within the lead-times provided for each product. Delivery time will vary based on carrier, product and location. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your product has finished being hand made and is ready to be sent out. If you have a preferred method of delivery, please reach out to the email provided to you upon confirmation of your order.
Buyers take responsibility of making sure all products can be delivered to the destination. No returns can be made if an item does not fit in doorways, hallways, elevators or around those tight corners.
All products are made by hand and we are unable to expedite any orders.
What if I need to cancel my order?
We can accept a cancellation of your order for items that have not yet begun manufacturing. Once an item has begun being made a cancellation is not possible. With this in mind, please reach out as soon as you know you need to cancel and we will process on case by case basis.
Custom and special order items cannot be cancelled.
