WARRANTY

Our warranty covers everything. From electrical components and embroidery to pillow inserts and glassware. We design heirloom products that are made to last for generations, so if something isn’t working quite right-we are here to fix it. Call us old fashion, but we believe in the process of repairs and maintenance. Please don’t throw an item away just because a component got tired. Let us make it right.

Lulu LaFortune Limited expressly warrants that the Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship subject to the exceptions and limitations contained herein. During the first year after Buyer’s purchase of the Product, Lulu LaFortune Limited shall repair or replace any Product that has a defect in materials or workmanship. The original buyer must contact Lulu LaFortune Limited in writing with proof of purchase including a clear, detailed description of the issue with the Product. This warranty does not apply to defects in materials or workmanship or damages resulting from repairs or alterations which have been made or attempted by others. It further does not apply if the damage is due to normal wear and tear, abuse, improper maintenance, neglect or accident or caused by use of the Product for activities other than normal household activities.

NO WARRANTY, ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, OTHER THAN THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS MADE WITH REGARD TO THE PRODUCT. LULU LAFORTUNE LIMITED DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES.
